Shipping

All deliveries within Australia and overseas are via Australia Post. Parcel Post, Registered Post or Express Post services will be used depending on the size and value of the goods.

You will receive a notification once your order has been processed. We will endeavour to send Australian orders within fourteen (14) days of being placed. Please allow seven (7) to ten (10) days for delivery. For international orders please allow 30 (thirty) days for delivery. Any international taxes and duties incurred are the responsibility of international customers.

Pricing

Prices are in Australia Dollars and include 10% gst with the exception of international orders where gst is not applicable. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment and Security

All payments to Nelson & Rose are made by Paypal. Should this be a problem, please contact us by email for direct deposit and other information regarding payment via the Contact Form.

Return Policy

Refunds will be provided for goods purchased online. In the unlikely event of an item being damaged in transit we must be notified with 48 hours of delivery and a replacement will be arranged.

Nelson & Rose holds ownership of all images, graphics, product, text and logo together with relevant suppliers. This is protected by Australian and international copyright laws and covers transmission, display, distribution and reproduction all of which are strictly prohibited.
